Before commenting “This doesn’t work” “This is broken” “Is this broken?” , please learn how to test to rule out any issues. Here’s what to do:

• Make sure that you've read the mod instructions/information, that you have all the requirements ( 𝖷𝖬𝖫 𝖨𝗇𝗃𝖾𝖼𝗍𝗈𝗋 | Core Library | Mood Pack and GenPieMenu or any other requirement the mod may have) and that you've looked in the right places for where the interactions are supposed to be and that the sims meet the requirement (Age, Trait, Etc) for the interaction to show up.
• Make sure to visit My Mods list, you might find an answer there to a problem or question you are having.
• If Better Exception or Last Exception is telling you my mod it’s the issue, first of all MAKE SURE you have the latest version of my mods, to have GenPieMenu for those mods who require it. If all is good, then proceed to:
  • Provide a picture or copy and paste what it says.
  • Tell me what caused the trigger for the better exception to show up.

It’s VERY IMPORTANT that you tell me your sims age, what trait they had (if they had one of my mods traits), what were they doing, with who, etc.

I NEED this so I can try and recreate it. If there’s no issue on my end, if i can’t recreate the error your getting or anyone else i ask to test, there’s nothing I can do, I need to see in order to fix it.

• Make sure the mod is up to date, I always put the date of when my mod was last updated in the post. DO NOT download any of my mods from any other place that aren’t my patreon, If they are not up to date, that is not my issue.
• If the mod doesn't show up, make sure:
  • You have enabled script mods & custom content in settings > game options
  • Make sure the mod is only ONE folder deep
  • Delete localthumbcache.package
  • Restart the game after installing
  • Make sure you’re using the latest version of the mod and it's requirements.
• If you're sure you have everything right, then please proceed to test the mod by itself and the requirements of the mod and MCC
  • Example : Pregnancy Talk Mod + XML + Mood Pack & MCC in case it throws an LE!

If you see that no issue is happening, then either one of the mods in your mods folder needs updating or is conflicting with my mod, if so you'll need to do 50/50 ! If you find a mod that's conflicting with any of my mods, please let me know which mod it is! IF you’re experiencing an error please save the name of the error and tell me which one is it.

I won't be answering to comments that don't tell me EXACTLY the issue they're having with my mod or how was that conclusion made. You need to tell me what exactly is happening and what have you done to test properly so I can have a better understanding and help you. Comments like "this is broken" or "this mod needs to be updated" with no explanation are going to be deleted!

“I’m having UI issues, when i remove your mod it fixes my game”

If you are experiencing UI issues like this, or a buff with a blue square, overall the UI acting weird. It’s because you are missing the mood pack, MOST of my mods require it. This issue happens when your sim gets a buff with a custom mood and you don’t have the mood pack installed. If you have Better Exceptions installed, you will get one immediately “Incomplete Buffs”

Missing Icons on pie menu’s or buffs :

My icons come from the game meaning that the ID numbers i use come from the game itself, the ones i make custom are already inside the package file*. IF** this issue is happening to you, it’s that you don’t have the EP or Stuff Pack where the icon is from.*

“My Game Doesn’t Open” “ I get an error”

You might be experiencing Error code: de4ee14f:29f00e76:00000000:4b0d852b (files corrupted or not found) I did some research on this error and this kind of error is really old, sometimes people get rid of the mod/cc and the game still won’t launch or they repair the game and said mod is still causing the issue, the cases vary. If you are experiencing a different error please let me know the whole name of it so i can look into it.

On March 12, 2026, someone reached out to me experiencing this issue and I didn’t know what to do because the mod was working perfectly on my end and even the persons i asked to test it. I reached out for help to another modder and they recommended a tool for me to deeply look into my package files which now I use to check my package files before uploading a mod, with said tool I found some small issues to fix and I updated the mod. The person redownloaded and it worked.
